I was planning on buying 3ds, but i was wondering which version to get. I
have a tight budget but can get an academic pakage if available. So far all I
have seen for sale is 3DS version2 but, what about 3, 4 and new stuff coming
out? I would be very grateful for a list of current versions, their
capabilties and prices (if student prices are available that would help a lot).
Also please tell where to get them.

Call em up and they'll mail or fax you their student prices. they have 3DSr4
for $700! T.Pat. and Associates are in California. If you want someplace else
call 1-800-525-2763 and ask for places with student pricing.
