I've been trying to change the rendering driver for a few days now, but I can't
figure out how. I have looked in the 3DS.SET file at the section that has the
rendering drivers, and changed things, but HIT AND MISS hasn't panned out.
The package that came with my SVGA card has drivers for ACAD, but I dont think
that will work, and if it did work, how can I load it into 3DS?

There is a chapter in the 3DS installation guide that covers the video
installation, look under Display and Device Drivers and that will step you thru
the setup.
