ACOGS died a peaceful death earlier this spring due to lack of need for the services it provided. Used to be there were only a few of us computing geologists but now almost all geo-types compute so there is computer support at all geologic meetings. On its way out it donated $13k to local schools for scholarship money, so it did serve a purpose <grin>. Sorry I missed you during your visit. The Zenith Z-152 you sold me is still going strong, I used it as the print-server on my office network for several years and it is now in my son's pre-school's kindergarten room being used to teach computing skills and numbers and letters.
