Don one more question if you dont mind. I downloaded wheel.arc and tarot
cards which was also arc'ed. I loaded arc.exe first: amigaforum:arc and it
scrold thru the cli screen.(I think that means it loaded?). then I wrote
amigaforum:arc x wheel. And I got "cannot read archieve: wheel.arc. Same thing
with tarot cards. Does this mean that my download was bad. I've also tried
amigaforum:wheel.arc and got file si not an object module. I kind of expected
this since they havent been dearced yet. Any help will be appreciated.

Bruno,
All that error message meant was that wheel.arc wasn't in the current
directory. You need to path wheel.arc (and it MUST be named wheel.arc for your
example to work) so ARC can find it. Try this:
amigaforum:arc x amigaforum:wheel
that should do the trick.
Oh..yes, if you got the message scrolled thru the screen when you typed
amigaforum:arc then that means that ARC is just fine.
