C-Ltd,
Just thought I'd drop you a note to make up for some of the negative
things I've said about you in the past. I have a customer whose C-Ltd Hard
Drive died a few days ago. He called you all up and must have had a great time
with whoever was on the phone. You all made him a deal he couldn't refuse on
swapping his 20MB for a 50MB. He shipped off the 20MB Fed Ex. overnight, and
ya'll called him at 9:00 this morning, confirmed the replacement, and told him
to expect the drive tomorrow morning. He's called me twice with progress
reports, and he's extremely happy.
