Does anybody out there know a source of supply for either 256K x 5 DRAM
(ZIP) or 1M x 4 (ZIP), 80 ns preferably. Many chip vendors carry 256K x 4
DIP DRAM but haven't heard of the ZIP.

JMH Software of Minnesota has them, the 4 meg parts are currently $86 each
"installed" I'd wait a bit until the prices come down. Also, you might
contact Clint Woeltjn (sorrry if the last name isn't quite right Clint)
He's usually on this forum conferencing as Clint VRLI later in the
evenings. If we can get a quantity deal, I may buy some 4 meg parts with
