npow i've got this forum on line-how do i fix tech and arts? Fix them to
reflect the correct message availabilities and catalogs? I vcan't seem to
get them changed to the currentones. thanks

Open a CLI and type:
delete Amiga(Tech|Arts).SEC
The next time you visit them, Whap! will reset the sections. Note that the
catalogs (the #?.CAT files in whatever directory you've told Whap! to store
messages) no longer point to the correct sections or forums.
