It's Radio Electronics… Unless you're adept at making boards, you can
probably find an assembled bare board in the back of Computer Shopper for
less money. Soldering in all those sockets couldn't be fun either. 🙁
That composite video to analog RGB converter in the same issue sounded more
promising.
