I finally got ahold of a "grunt" at Go-Amigo who followed up on my call to
SAS and is setting up a swap to 5.1. Its beginning to look like a manager
who is too tired of the business to be in it anymore and a sales person who
was not forthright to start with and tried to go the cover-up route on
subsequent contacts. Its beginning to look like a few bad apples spoiling
the barrell.
