What particular advantages will the DJ500 have over the orig DJ? New
features, etc? Is it similar (speed, etc) to the DJ+? A $200 upgrade
offer would be too good to resist if so…. where can one find out about
this? How many animations will fit on the head of a pixel? 🙂 –jp–
The upgrade from DJ to DJ500 is a board swap and a new motor. BTW the price
is $225 not $200, sorry for the mistake. I think the DJ500 has more builtin
fonts and a non-smear ink. If you call HP they will have all the details
and method to upgrade.
