I have just installed QEMM 7 and Animator Pro V1.3 will not load. I get a
system halted message and must do a complete reboot. If I REM out the QEMM line
in my config.sys then it will load.

I had the same problem. It isn't the QEMM.SYS line that is the problem.
It is the QDPMI.SYS line that is screwing things up. QEMM's DPMI driver
seems to be incompatible with AniPro although it doesn't seem to hamper
AutoCAD or 3DS. Go figure! Anyway, just delete that line and leave the rest
of the QEMM stuff in and it should all work fine.

Unlike Greg, I don't have any problem with the DPMI driver, my ANI Pro seems
to work just fine. However, as Greg said, leaving the DPMI driver out doesn't
seem to hurt either. I noticed a problem similar to yours when I enabled
QEMM's Stealth mode. I suppose that following the procedures outlined in the
STEALTH.TEC file that comes with QEMM would track down the problem, but I'm
just running without stealth at the moment.
