A few questions: I am a compuserve member through my macintosh powerbook, but I recently dusted off my old Amiga 500 and have some queries: Will the simple amiga 500 with 1mb of memory, 2 disk drives and no hard drive be able to access compuserve? If it can, is my membership transferable to it? I mean, could I download the new Compuserve software (I have an old one on the Mac) into the Amiga to use it? It would be great to see all the compuserve services on a better screen than this trusty but visually handicapped powerbook. Look forward to yr reply. alain-pierre hovasse

Yes, your trusty Amiga 500 is well up to the task of working on CIS. Remember that YOU are the Compuserve member, not your Powerbook. As long as you use the same logon and password, there's no way that CIS will care what you are calling from, be it an Amiga, Powerbook, or even a rusty Dumb terminal connected to the phone company with a rusty wire. Nice to hear the Amiga 500's screen called good (even if it is only being compared to a LCD screen).
