I have an Amiga 3000, early model, and cannot get the Gforce 040 40 to boot. What are the proper jumper configurations on the mother board and do I need the revised RAMSEY, DMAC, and SuperBuster chios to make it work?

Ed, You shouldn't have to alter any of the jumpers, but double-check against the manual. The directions for the A4000 apply, although the jumper numbers and positions may be different. As for your chipset, your RAMSEY (rev 7 ) and DMAC (rev 4) should be up the latest revision for proper SCSI operation. Your SuperBuster (rev 11) should also be updated if planning to use any Zorro III peripherals. While GVP has had success using the board with earlier revisions, we have found that any problems with the accelerator in place can be resolved with a chipset upgrade.
