CompuServe Magazine plans a major cover story in the January issue on the
wonderful world of downloadable utilities on CompuServe. We need your help in
gathering our article research:
1. How do you use utilities — for business, hobby, personal finance, other
uses? Do they save you money, enhance your computer productivity, offer other
benefits?
2. How would you rate the value to you of CompuServe utilities, compared to
commercial software you've bought?
3. How do you find "hidden treasure utilities" in forum libraries? Messages
from other forum members, browse through libraries, use File Finder, etc?
4. Do you have a "success story" of finding a utility and using it to solve a
problem? Which utility, and in which forum?
5. Do you have advice to new users about any pitfalls in downloading or using
utilities, from your experience?
6. Any other points you'd like to make about the value of utilities to you?

Sure, NOW you cover the Amiga. For months upon months we've been all but
ignored, but when *you* guys need something, suddenly we exist again.

They are not covering the Amiga. That was mearly a blanket message.
Covering CIS (none-the-less). I've seen them everywhere from the
AmigaForums to ZiffNet.
