< A lot of users might find it benefit if you explained POE vs. POC routines.

Unfortunately that is something that I need to learn first.
I've been meaning to compile some of my code. Specially after Ingo's
recommendations a few weeks ago. A disadvantage of the way Animator handles
POCO, is that it makes very easy to experiment. And, I haven't stop
experimenting for a long time <g>. As a result, I've learned more about POCO
and less about compiled POCO.

Okay. Let's get serious about this. Mark McGraw's talking about offering ANI2
next semester (NTP03) "Programming for Animator Pro in POCO". Should I ask him
to do a segment (or 2) on POE since he does know this? It would be offered in
section 14 of course. There are currently two courses planned for NTP03 for
ANI. As with any NAAUG telecourse, there MUST be enough interest maintained for
the entire semester to keep a course going, and I know for a fact that he would
be addressing basic POCO for weeks before he'd ever get to POE's. Yours (and
others') call. -dave
Dave:
Sounds like a good idea for a course.
But, its not a good idea to depend on me to know what I'll be doing in <several
weeks>! Just wait until you retire. You'll see what I mean.
I've seen a lot of interest on POE and POCO recently. You shouldn't have
trouble filling up the class.

I think this'd be great.

Sorry, Wade, I just got back from a NAAUG board meeting… what does
tis refer to? -dave

I was responding to the *(and other's)* part of your msg.

Got it. Sorry, I need a little quote once in a while to jog the memory,
especially after a board meeting. 🙂 Cool. So we have more interest in POE
segments for Mark's class. Glad to hear it. I'm looking forward to it too.
