Monitor Help Needed

I am having a problem and hopefully someone will be able to help.
I was using a C= A2320 Display Enhancer card on my A4000 and the monitor
wasrock-solid. I no longer have the A2320, so I went to the A4000 video
port
directly (I picked up the Commodore video adapter with the chip in it) and
now have big problems.
I have tried various combinations of monitor drivers (multiscan, NTSC,
etc.)and even tried MonEd to get rid of some of the outrageous "black
border"
which I never had before and have pretty much got it under control, but
thepicture now wobbles.
It's barely perceptible, but I can actually see the horizontal dragbars
andtext wobbling. I can also see the screen being "redrawn" on bright
portionsof the picture tube, too. It's driving me crazy!!
What's wrong here? If this keeps up, I just may go get another A2320 and
saythe heck with AGA colors. Is there another solution?

David, what video adapter are you talking about? Is that the 23-pin to
SVGA adapter? And what kind of monitor? What are the frequencies it
supports? It needs to go down to 15KHz for NTSC, and 23KHz for Super72,
and I think even the 4000 Multiscan mode goes at 28-29KHz. Many monitors
don't even reach the 29KHz.

First off, my problem is solved. I deleted my monitor icons and
reinstalled them. Works fine now.

Yes.

My monitor is rated at 15-35MHZ or something like that.
