just had a chance to play some with 104 getting beyond excellent! I tried -exponent 1.6; Mass_scale 0.111 6,000 particles 200 frames I think rest were default advanced then did a post of Flics- effects -trails – transparent very great I need to play with some more variations – like emboss & soften inks and use of glass & or glaze inks I think I'm trying to get a cloudy/smoke swirling effect. also saw an article in this weeks Science News – makes reference to algorithm for falling leaves – I'm going to look into it further have fun Dave

<just had a chance to play some with 104 getting beyond D …also saw an article in this weeks Science News – makes reference to algorithm for falling leaves -> American Scientist has interesting articles on computing every month. There was one describing the shapes particles form when they drift a few months ago. Accretion, I think they called it. I'm going to look it up one of these days. The pictures where neat and now I have particles. You've given me more confidence and I its time to stop polishing the ball bearing. I am going to send out MPS 1.116 to everyone now. Just run it without changes. You'll like the demo! Thanks for all the testing! Ed K.
