Hi.
I've got a computer with a Diamond Viper PCI card which I'm running 3D Studio
r.3 on. The drivers that came with the machine are for versions 1 and 2 or
3DS, but not version 3 (and obviously not version 4).
I left a message for Diamond here on CServe, and they said updated drivers for
the card can be gotten from either AutoDesk or Vibrant.
Can somebody here tell me where I might find these?
Actually, I tried using the version 2 drivers, but I was getting some weird,
anomolous effects & unreliable visibility of wireframes in certain modules,
etc.

Hi Lou,
I just installed 3DS,r.3 on Friday. and had problems with the P9000 path
not being loaded from the autoexec.bat. I have the same card you do. But have
done most of my graphics under Windows and hence was unaware of the problem.
Diamond told me that the Graphic Development forum, library #3 had the current
diamond drivers (v. 3.06) in DPRPCI.exe. Everthing seems to work fine with the
Diamond drivers to me.
