I just downloaded TCP4.LHA from the libraries.
Upon attempting to decompress, I get the message that it is a corrupted
archive, and then it stops extracting.
Can someone re-check this file and verify this?

Hi David,
It might be, that you are using an old LHA (or anything else) Try the
LHA138.RUN file of this forum (sec. 14, I suppose). It is selfextracting. With
this LHA version you should have no problems
