I'm curious if the P6 will plug into a standard P5 board. – Dave The P6 wil arrive by Nov\Dec. we will have the boards when they are available the P6 will not fit into a p5 board, there are some 80 more pins, and a difference rectangle shape. there will be a p6 overdrive that will fit into a p5 board sometime next year, though it will be somewhat less powerful. I believe at last count, the P6 overdrive will require socket 7 on a p5 board. the SUPERMICRO boards we have do have this new Pentium socket with an extra pin hole, hope the info helps Cameron CYBERIMAGE
