warentee running out. still no c1 received. what is the delay? i sent in
registrations for anipro and aas and didn't receive anything until i made a
case about it. now received poco manuals only. need c1 to see if studio is
useable. Isn't my fault if warentee expires and haven't been able to test AS
without c1. do you want me to return AS?

I'm in the same boat, having upgraded from Animator Pro in June, and still no
1c1. By the way, when does the warranty expire?

my registration literature states that as can be retunred within 60 days of
purchase. i am seriously thinking of returning it. too many having problems.
but i love ani pro and would like to believe autodesk couldn't make a bad
product. it's a bind that i have to make a decision on by tomorrow. good

Well, I guess my 60 days has long since run out; so I'll have to give Autodesk
the benefit of the doubt. Besides, they do have this forum, and haven't
disappeared like some companies I've dealt with. Also, I think Animator Studio
has a lot of potential. Time will tell….
