#Help an Author
5 messages in this thread
I just got a piece of mail from an author in the UK who is working on the next
revision of her 3DS book. She happened across my web pages and the 3DS Max
stuff that is there. It was her first exposure to Max and she is eager to learn
more etc.
I told her that I know nothing more really than is in the press releases. I
also told her that is was _my_guess_ that since she was already published under
3DS titles she ought to have little trouble getting help from Autodesk. I don't
know what path she should persue or even who at ADesk I should contact on her
behalf. If somebody at ADesk who is able to help her would contact me, I will
forward her EMail address to that person or person's to her as desired. Lemme
know if you can help.

Peter –
Probably the best place to send her would be to the Yost Group 76702,413. If
they are unable to help her due to time constraints getting MAX out the door,
I'm sure they will pass it on to someone who can help.

We can't help her Anne. She should probably contact Bob Bennett.

Hi Peter,
<< author needs a hand.. >>
She should contact the Autodesk Author contact, Lisa.Senauke@autodesk.com.

On careful reread, it turned out to have been a he borrowing an account. But
anyway, that is just the kind of information that I was looking for. Thank you.
