When I looked at the screen shot, it looks like it is on a Windows95 OS and not on NT…which Os will this run on?…OR both?

Michael, 3DS MAX is for NT only. It uses the Win95 beta shell (user interface) with Win NT, thus the confusion. Kevin Krell – Computer Support Associates
