Jim, regarding Internet RP, add my vote to the pool. We have a flat fee PPP 28.8 connect, and I'd be more likely to get a subscription if I could eliminate the long distance charges. Have you worked any on the muybridge pictures? I'd be interested in how things have come since last time. (6mo+) JNJ

I'm interested in it too, but I'm waiting for the right arrangement. I'd be interested in how things have come since last time. (6mo+)<< Our emphasis has been on meshes, really… that seems to be what our subscribership is most interested in. In fact, I have a staff member now who is creating meshes exclusively for the BBS. I'd invite you to check out the bbs long distance sometime – for little more than many on-line services charge for local access, you can call LD. I mean, AT&T has late night rates of maybe $6 an hour, and you could download the filelist and see all the stuff that's available in under 20 minutes. That's why LD hasn't been that big of an issue for most subscribers – they call, download, and hangup within 15 minutes to get the latest meg or so of data. Thanks for your interest – Jim

Jim, I understand about the cost, etc. A T1 would cost big bucks, and doesn't sound worth it right now for you. I'll check it out again sometime, I'm sure you've done alot to it. (it was nice then, too..) I'll just have to break down and get the Murbridge book myself some day. It'd be cool to have hardcopy. JNJ

CIS used to cost over ten bucks an hour and that did not stop us from using the service. LD costs are less than $6 an hour with many companies… >>I'll just have to break down and get the Murbridge book myself some day. It'd be cool to have hardcopy.<< Dover has some softbound stuff that is very cheap. Ten bucks for the subset of human motion book, for example. Thanks, Jim
