#4.06 Project Save Crash
5 messages in this thread
I heard later in the week you had traced the problem to having 400 files on the
B drive. Did you confirm that? Test is looking into this.
Chuck.
Getting below 200 clips/stills (i.e. 400 files) on the B Drive got rid of the
guaranteed crash that came from clicking on VideoB a second time.
Other things are still causing crashes but I have yet to be able to see a
pattern. Last actions before a crash have included:
o hitting continue or enter to save a project
o hitting continue in the cutting room window, and
o moving a clip from the lower bin to the upper project window.
Each of the above have been followed by a crash on at least two occasions
today.
Regards
Mark
thanks for the info, I'll add it to the pile. What was your system again?
Chuck.
As per my recent bug report, my system is:
Amiga 2000, Fusion Forty 28MHz, 16 MB 32 bit RAM, MegaChip 2000, MultiFace Card
III, A2091, Quantum Maverick system drive, two Seagate 9's, one Quantum 2.
I'm using a Fusion Forty myself. Thanks for the reminder!
