Darn…… I'm one of the unfortunates who has the wrong capicator on my Flyer card. Has any one else had to send one in? Was the turn-around 5 days as they say? My Flyer works just fine now, especially with 4.06 installed, but Scott at NewTek says send it back regardless, it could short out some chips sometime in the future. When I get it back will I need to do anything special, like another software install? I'm down and counting. I'll post when it returns as to how long it took and how well it works after the operation. Rick

Rick I hope you fair better than I did. It took 2 weeks to get my card back. This was back in May, maybe they got things together since then. I didn't change anything when it came back. Good Luck BarryVedros ISI

No, a re-install will not be needed. I'm not sure what current time frame is, as the recall program, which was conducted via our manufacturer, is no longer operating. Your board will come to NewTek to Flyer Repair, if I am not mistaken. They are processing things pretty quickly through there. Chuck.
