I have one question. Does anyone know what the tooltype should be to have PPage load up in Black & White mode only? Right now it comes up in color and the tooltype I've been changing is COLORMODE=COLOR I've tried changing that to BLACK_WHITE, B&W, BLACK_AND_WHITE, etc., but it always loads in color mode. Any help with the problem is appreciated, thanks, Christopher

Jeff, <<COLORMODE=BW >> Thanks! It worked like a charm. Know any others that aren't documented, like maybe Wireframe OFF? 🙂 Thanks again, Christopher

The easiest way to have ProPage load with all your settings just the way you like them is to open a new blank page, set up all your prefs and then save the blank page. Then "run" this project instead of running ProPage. Jeff Walker.

Jeff, Great idea! Why didn't I think of that one? 🙂 Of course I could save it as a template, and open that file. I don't know about others but I miss not having updates to PPage. Well, I sure hope that someday (soon) Pagestream meets up to its expectations! Like RSN!!!! Chris

Some of the settings that are listed for ProDraw/ProPage but not the other work in the other. I don't remember exactly which way, which commands, but I remember trying a few one time that worked. / / / //ANDRE

Chris.. There is a utility called ToolTypeWatch which will list tool types when you open an application. I have used it with both 2.01 and 3.1 ADos. It may be available on CIS — I don't remember where I found it. Regards, Bob Carter Quilters' Fancy, Toronto

Robert, and Chris… I uploaded Dostrace and Icontrace recently, these will help you also tracing tooltypes. Lieven LEMA On Autopilot from Belgium
