I got mine (Microsoft Videdit.exe) off of the Microsoft Jumpstart CD-ROM. It's
a windows conversion utility and is free as part of Microsoft Video for
Windows. Call Microsoft and have them send you the free Jumpstart CD! (sorry,
don't have their number).

True story Bob. However, I think this gentleman was looking for something
quick, cheap, and easy. I don't think he intends to spend $700 to solve his
problem. 🙂
