I recently purchased a new system and decided it would be much easier to copy my entire 3ds directory over to it from my old computer via network than to reinstall. The only problem is that when I run 3ds I get the following message: CAUTION: Drive E not present — using current drive. Press any key to continue… My old system had a hard drive E:, but the new one does not. Both computers had the 3ds directory residing on C:. I have checked the 3ds.set file, and can find no reference to drive E: in any of my paths. I have also made sure the swapdrive is configured for C:. This is no more than just an annoyance, but I would be grateful if anyone has any clue where else 3ds might be looking for this drive. Thanks Mitch

Mitch, there's only 3 places I know of where the e: drive would be looked for: 1) 3ds.set 2) 3dsnet.set 3) 3ds.exe's pharlap configuration I'm guessing #2 might have a reference to e: Try searching it.

Thanks, I'll check the 3dsnet.set. The reason I didn't look there was because I thought it was only used when you start in slave mode. Thanks Mitch
