Dave, CHKSUM.200 is a checksum utility for the ram-short model 200. It's a variation of Woods Martins' program DOWNCK.WM3 which we have been recommending, but at 325 bytes, uses 1/3 of the RAM space. (Very important in the RAM-short 200) Merged into DL4 at 325 bytes.

Tony: Uh huh, but what's wrong with CHKSUM.RY ??? Fewer bytes … .^Dave^.

Absolutely nothing, now that I find it. Didn't turn up on a search of keyword "200". Code looks OK, although a bit sparse for my taste. Want me to delete the new one? Wasn't even aware it was there.

Tony: Let's hold for now; methinks we have about six programs that do the same thing to one degree or another. Therefore, methinks I'll do a re-write of UPLOAD.HLP [mebbe DOWNLD.HLP too] to give better, clearer guidance with the options available included. Remind me after PCMfest … .^Dave^. p.s. Deletion of excess solutions will follow careful examination. Make sense?

Sure. note several accesses of file already today. Methinks several 200 users out there hungry for anything with .200 as extension.
