Walter,
This happens occasionally. We try to keep a reasonable number of spare blocks
allocated to each DL, but occasionally several really big uploads come in all
at once and there's just no room left at the inn.
If this happens in the future, please do not hesitate to upload your file to
ANY other DL, and leave us a note letting us know where it should go… we'll
be delighted to move it for you after clearing up the allocation problems.
