Well, I understand that I can't use my 2090 controller to drive a
CD-ROM. Thank's Kelly. But what about a plain SCSI Harddisk. Is this
possible? Or should I really through the 2090 out and go to find a
2091 (almost Mission Impossible here in Belgium [I guess]).

Yes, you can use SCSI HDs alright, as long as they are not over 270 MB in
size (see message number 180347).
There are still some SCSI host adapters being made that will work in the
A2000, such as GVP's 4008 board. There must still be other's, but can't
think of any.
