To Sysop How can I obtain a copy of PC send, I did not get it with my fonts
from Linotype and I have pulled my hair out for over a year trying to get
psdown to work.

PCSEND is packaged with the Adobe Type Library packages for
the IBM. Since you purchased your fonts from Linotype, you
will need to check with them to see if they have PCSEND
available at this time.
