Hamming?

Lemme see ….
I have a DSB in my 2000 which is connected to a KAM and KPC-4. I have a
couple 2400zi internal modems too. I can keep 4 term programs on the screen
at once and connected exchanging data (try that with a PC!). I also have an
AEA AVT for satellite work (I don't do much 14 MHz SSTV because of lousy
antennas). I also use Pro Page to do the Nashua Area radio Club Bulletin
each month. I used to run TCP/IP, but the local area network seemed to have
marginal offerings and no gateway to internet. I have UUCP V1.14 running 24
hours a day now in the background picking up email and news from internet.
This 2000-20 is a VERY busy machine!
Cheers, Paul (WA1OMM)
Paul, Guess I've been off the waves for too long. Don't recognize
anything. DBS? KAM? KPC-4? 2400zi just regular modems? AEA AVT. SSTV I
know about. UUCP sound familiar. Think it's a hardware addition that lets
you be a member of Internet and other similar services. Right? And Whap!?
Going to have to go look at the offering here in CIS and see what that is.
Do you like it. Several others have replied using it. Something New! Oh
boy! 73, Chris
