or two floating around… My interest in Basic only extends to VB.

Mark Novisoff puts it out. The BUG newsletter is just that … a
newsletter, not a mag. I'm sure Mark could fill you in and perhaps send
you something on it.
It's not very big, but it contains the kind of info you don't find in
regular mags. (tips, code, bug reports/workarounds). Downright handy
sometime.
