I tried to call your circulation folks but all I got was an answering machine. I'll try again. Thanks for your reply. Jim Dalin There is 1 Reply.

Jim– Yeah, the answering machine comes on outside of west coast business hours. Try again during the day, or just send me your address in a mail message and I'll take care of getting you a sample issue of Windows Tech Journal. JDH

How can we get a sample copy of such a magazine in the U.K. ? We're developing with Visual Basic and would like to share ideas with anyone else. There is 1 Reply.

Hi Doug, Where abouts are you? I have been developing with VB in London since its release and would find it extremely useful to exchange ideas. Graham There is 1 Reply.

Graham, I'm in Aberdeen, Scotland. Working on software for use in an electrical engineering environment. Previously developed product in QuickBasic. Our new project we've decided to do in VB along with a product called LabWindows from National Instruments. LabWindows is a signal analysis package that generates QuickBasic source code and they are planning to bring out a version compatible with VB. We only intend to use VB for front end stuff and a bit of database management – nothing terribly difficult (I think) but I'd like to share problems and questions when they arise. You ??? Doug. P.S. Normally only venture on to CompuServe once a week but perhaps I'll increase the vists if intersting things are happening.
