You need to install it twice. Once through the "normal" install (to get
2.1). And a second time (to get 2.1b) using the .lzh file (and after
unpack'ing follow the instructions from the .lzh file).
Hmm, I'm still trying to figure out what happened with 2.1b. The mail room
swears all the 2.1b's went out, yet a large number of people called up
about not receiving it. However, we choose not to got through a carrier
for the update, and hence my guess is that they hit dead.letter. Sigh.
