Martin,
As an owner of Directory Opus 2.04 (purchased by mail from Jonathon
himself with international money order checks) when am I going to get my
upgrade notice?
Are their any significant improvements or is the number reflect more of a
marketing thing than a major upgrade. BTW, I realize that your company did
not profit from my previous direct purchases and upgrades to Mr. Potter,
but I hope that upgrading will not end up costing the same as buying it all
over again thru a mail order joint.

We do have an upgrade available for $29.95 for previous owners of DirOpus.
There are a number of improvements to the software, including a new 2.0
look, increased (I should say near-total) configurability, new operational
features, etc.
Assuming you are on the owner's list that we got from Jon Potter, we will
be sending out an upgrade notice to you with specs on the new version. Fair
enough?
Martin,
The upgrade is 9.95????? I called your company this morning and tehy
told me I had to enclose a check for $33.50 and my old Directory Opus Disk
(which I did). Was the guy on the phone wrong or was your message a
typo??? I hope its the former!

Roy, I read Martin's message as a $29.95 upgrade price. Maybe you misread
his message? I would guess that the additional would be for shipping, but
maybe Martin will clarify. (didn't mean to butt in) 🙂

John,
Thanks my Whap! seems to have lost the $2 part of the message.

John is right, Roy. Sorry for any confusion, but the upgrade is $29.95 +
3.50 for S&H.
Martin,
Fine! I look forawrd to getting the newest version!

Martin,
If I may tag on here. Did you receive the copy of my little CanDo
quick reference that I sent awhile back? Wonder if you have any thoughts
along the line of what we talked about on the phone?
