Jonathan – I have made NO accusations unfairly and with facts. The fact of the matter is, when you consider the costs of toll calls to DOWNLOAD the software in addition to the cost of the "beta" program and BUG, the total cost WILL exceed the cost of just waiting. You're absolutely right concerning Mark's right to do so. And, I say, more power to him. However, I also have the right to express my position publicly. I've always said from the very beginning, that I TRULY believe that he is trying to be responsive to his market – and that's GREAT! As to Lotus, I am passing along this information to the people who run our Beta Test Group. What they will do with it is up to them… – Bob There is 1 Reply.

Bob, This thread really isn't going anywhere anymore so I am going to drop out. I was responding to the fact that you said <<but I DO think it is unfair (your word) to charge more for this program than the normal upgrad…>>. All I was saying is that I don't think that fairness is an issue here and that I think the cost difference is insubstantial and the diff is not going to Mark. Oh well, I hope you got something useful here. -=- Jonathan There is 1 Reply.
