DEAR JOHN, I am Burned user and owner of Imagine 1.0 I had tryed to get the 1.1 from Impulse I am reading Cis and I see John Pendergrass every time, Are you member of Impulse ? Are you very close to Impulse ? I noted you the message that I wrote to protest , because I had waiting enougth time ( as you can see ) thanks. Guillermo, sorry, I do not belong to Impulse, so cannot help you. I'm just a CIS junkie here too. 🙂 Have you called Impulse on the phone? Their phone number (USA) is 612-566-0221. In order to get the Imagine 1.1 update, you must send them your ORIGINAL Imagine 1.0 disk. If I was you, I would send them the original disk and a stamped/addressed envelope, so that there was no question about the mailing. Remember to make a backup of your original disk first! Thanks John, Please, note that I had sended the disk, called , emailed and desesperated, I live in Canary Island, middle atlantic ocean but them tell me that they has sended , ok , well , I called other time ( 3 month ago) and I has received none. I am burned. And I had paid 540 $ usa . can you see , I tryed. Thsanks. Guille PD: I am not ask for the copy ( YOU must not COPY to me ) I wish work in the other form to PIRATE, this is LEGAL. Guillermo, I called Impulse this morning, and mentioned you to them. The fellow I spoke with said he would look through his list of registered users, and find some way to get a 1.1 package off to you. I sure hope they have your registration for Imagine! 🙂 If I was you I'd invest in the international call, and give them another call soon. Make SURE they have mailed it! Good luck. –jp–seattle–

Guillermo, if I had the plane fare I'd be there in a moment. Thanks for the invite, but I'm stuck in chilly, cloudy old Seattle, USA. 🙂 Good luck with Impulse/Imagine 1.1. Given your problems with getting 1.1, maybe you should start asking for Imagine 2.0 now? It's not due out till December or so, but maybe you'd actually get it on time if you ordered now <smile> –jp–seattle–

Guillermo, I'm going to be in Tenerife sometime between January 4 and January 24. If it looks hopeless by then, let me know and I'll just bring a copy and slip it in the island mail to you. wmc
