Does anyone know the cost to upgrade from Lattice (SAS) 5.05 to 5.1? I am starting to program again and feel I should do the upgrade. <<< Michael Shea >>>> <<< 76665,3360 >>>>

In the letter that I got from SAS, the 5.10b set of disks and respective documentation is $40. This is supposed to be for the folks that have 5.0x and haven't moved to 5.10 yet.

Thanks. Can anyone give me SAS's telephone number. When I bought it was still Lattice and I only have that number. Also, is SAS running a support BBS like Lattice was? <<< Michael Shea >>>> <<< 76665,3360 >>>>

Michael, SAS can be reached at 1-(919)-677-8009. That's the tech support number, but they should be able to transfer you to the sales department. Make sure you get the latest version (5.10b). At present, SAS does not support a BBS, though they've hinted they might in th future. For the present, you can get support through the above number, or on the sas.c conference on BIX. – Dave – <insert obligatory cute quote here>

I would not count on seeing a BBS from SAS. For sales, call (919) 677-8000 ask for Book Sales For tech support you would call (919) 677-8009 and have your serial number handy. Note that I do not work for SAS anymore. John A. Toebes, VIII – via Whap!

Oh well, sorry – the point is still valid of course. Now that I have Whap running I can at least track the messages… John A. Toebes, VIII – via Whap!
