PLEASE!!!!! WHO MAKES A GOOD CDROM (JUKE BOX) OR STACKABLE DRIVE. I NEED
PRODUCT AND PRICE FOR A QUOTE I AM WORKING ON. /
Check with Pioneer. They have delivered a 6-disk jukebox for some time. y I
don't know anything about US prices.

If you have requirements for fast access, the Pioneer DRM-600 autochanger
may not be the way to go. At Micro Design, we write device drivers for use
under AIX, DOS, Novell 386 (we have the only CD that appears as a Novell
volume – see Dec 31,1991 article in PC Magazine) and UNIX. We are able to
support up to 21 CD-ROM drives with 4 ISA or 4 MCA cards and are only
limited by the number of DMA EISA slots when using EISA cards to support 7
drives on each card. With direct access instead of autochanger, data

FYI, in addition to the other suggestion, both Meridian Data (Scotts Valley
CA) and Online Computer Systems (Germantown MD) make CDROM drive stacks, as
well as networking capability (Pioneer can also be networked for that
matter).
