#MegAChip 2000

The only rejoinder about having 2 meg of CHIP RAM, is that those few
programs that were designed ONLY for 512K may not like it, but those are
relatively few, nowadays.

Jim,
What programs have problems with more than 512K of CHIP ram? If you
have a list I'd certainly like to see it. (I'll make it available to my
tech department)

I had some game(s) from a LONG time ago from one of the foreign companies
that refused to operated with anything MORE than 512K of CHIP RAM. I
discarded that game quite some time ago. The tech rep for the company
verified the limitation: they told me to disable all of my CHIP RAM above
512K, and even suggested removing my Megachip 2000 so as to be able to
accomplish that.
I said "no way" and said "goodbye" to the game.

Thanks for the insights Jim… Yeah I have a 512k Agnus and I can't load
some of the soundtracker modules without booting from 1.3. But I can't
wait to get one, money permitting.
