Oxxi Support, I asked what I could be done about replacing a corrupted SuperPlan Master disk about a week ago. Since then my HD crashed so I might have missed your answer. \c/ via Coolwhap __|__ Gracia

Actually we didn't have a conversation. That's one of the problems <:^}>. Maybe my first message went to byte heaven along with my Work: validation and all my Cmail! I just discovered that my HD installed SuperPlan is corupted and when I tried to reinstall it I found the Master also corupted. Very strange since I did use it a little when I first got the 1.06 upgrade last year and I always keep the masters in a safe place. Not my favorite program, but I need it right now. So I wonder what to do? Will Oxxi replace the bad disk? Thanks \c/ via Coolwhap __|__ Gracia

Do we have your registration information? Mike Uman []xxi, Inc. >>> running under AutoPilot

I sincerely hope so! I bought it years ago, registered it then and assume (silly me) the registration was transferred to Oxxi when it took over. I think it has gone through 3 changes of vendors in the time I've owned it. Was just working on SuperPlan V1.24 today and it is flaky, very non Amiga like and klutzy to go from directory to directory. But I would like a good disk of the latest version. I do hope a REAL upgrade is in the makings. \c/ via Coolwhap __|__ Gracia

Dear Mr. Littauer, We do indeed have your registration information. We indicate that you have version 1.06 which is correct. There is no V1.24 SuperPlan which we support. V1.06 is the current version. I am sorry but we do not look to upgrade the SuperPlan product within the next year. Our focus is the LAN version of SBase and gradual upgrades to fix various problems in SBase. Thanks, Mike Uman []xxi, Inc. >>> running under AutoPilot

Aside from the fact the I'm "Ms." Littauer or even Gracia, at least the last time I looked <g>, the question still is, may I get a working copy of SuperPlan V1.06 to replace my master disk which has a "read error block 484"? And how would I go about it? I am using my old copy of V1.02 or 1.24..it flashes by so fast who can read? It used to misbehave badly, so I'm not thrilled about using it. Gracias, P.S. "Gracia" means grace and beauty as well as "thank you". \c/ via Coolwhap __|__ Gracia

Gracia, As your copy of Superplan has only a read error run it through Disksalv and all being well you should get your program back. Pete from Dorset in Englands West Country – via Whap!

Peter, Thanks, will try. BTW I could only find '90 1.3 version of Disksalv. Is there a later one or will this one work just as well? \c/ via Coolwhap __|__ Gracia
