Hello All,
I have recently joined this new conference.
Although not yet equiped for DVE I am working hard to get there.
Currently I still edit the hard way using two play and one record deck via an
MX10
mixer. Titles courtesy of my Creative Labs TV Coder and a lot of patience with
Povray (and sometimes RTAG).
My real work is with Honeywell in Sydney, Australia where I manage data comms
projects.

Hi John,
AT the moment moslty outdoor type video. ie. skiing, canyoning, abseiling.
Aspirations to get it underwater as well. (Used to dive quite a bit and am keen
to get back into it !).
Currently use a cannon UC10 for aquisition. panasonic NVFS90's for editing,
MX10 for effects, and a Creative Labs TV coder for titling.
Aiming to get the Miro DCtv1 and go offline for effects and titiles.

OK Wit… what is abseiling? I am avid outdoors sports enthusiast. Write and
photograph, video and all around 'doer' on the ground. But have not heard of
this sport… I GOT TO KNOW!!
