Define the following ………. :
Fresh (i.e. freshly made)
Homemade
Commerical (i.e. commerical-grade parts)
Professional (i.e. professional grade)
The answer to the above (including your question) is that the word and/or
phrase allows the reader to define it for himself and therefore has a multitude
of meanings without a specific one.
("fresh" could mean anywhere from "just made/produced/picked/or delivered to a
point just before rotten/spoiled/old/or obsolete.)
("Homemade" could have a meaning from "cooked by your mother" to "not
commericially produced")
and so it goes ………….
The ad agencies call these words or terms hype.
BTW – This response is of the highest "Professional Quality".

It strikes me that the only non-arbitrary definition of broadcast quality is
what the FCC will allow to be broadcast (without fining you!) — ie. RS-170
compliant signal, especially 7.5 IRE set up, 100 IRE peaks, and the timing
right.

Just about every video camera made that can output a 525 scan line signal
complies with 170.
