John, I would be interested in knowing what you're doing with the miroVideo package. Any likes, dislikes, etc. Thanks, John

Right now I'm working on a non-commercial video biography of the CEO of a company. With premiere I chroma key photoshop BMP.s' with the name of the person talking and fade between BMPS of the CEO throughout his life and video from the miro. The audio syncs well enough for non commercial and the video is acceptable for this type of project. The more I use it in combination with premiere and Photoshop, the more I like it. John

Sounds interesting. Do you have any video segments that contain more motion, or are you mostly fading between still shots? I'm thinking of trying a nonlinear editing system for some short (less than 5 minutes) segments of "how-to" videos for industrial machine setup. There would be more motion video involved. It sounds like the miro DC1 might be a feasible alternative, if the output doesn't "jitter". Have you tested the card with more motion involved? John
