Yann, I have had little luck with rotoscoping from the same deck and recording to the same deck. I can do this outside of 3ds2 with the Diaquest commands and the HI-REZ QFX commands, with no prolbems. I can rotoscope from the deck and save as a Flic file within 3ds2, no prolbem, but when I try to record this out to the same tape deck I have bad frames with TGA frames that have parts of them shifted. Is there a bug with 3ds2 in trying to do this? You mentioned you were using two vtrs, is there anyone out there using ONE deck. Regards Steve

Steve: I haven't tried this with a tape deck, but I have rotoscoped in and out on our LaserDisc system just fine, so I doubt that the problem is is 3DS2. Greg Pyros

I doubt that this is a 3DS problem, since I know of many folks who do this, and the Diaquest people heavily tested this specific function before we shipped. – G
