MOD to WAV conversion

Is there a software package that will convert MOD type sound files to
Microsoft Windows WAV type files?
WAV files are waveforms. MOD files are multiple waveforms, each
representing an instrument, and a musical score. While it might be
possible to generate one massively long waveform which sounds like a MOD
file playback, I doubt anyone has done it.
There may be a program to convert MOD files to some musical score format
over in Windows. You'd have to go look in the various Windows forae to
find out, though. I know there are players for MOD files which run under
DOS for playback to a SoundBlaster, so possibly the same has been done for
Windows.

You've got me. Ask in the IBM forums. We've had enough IBMers coming
over here asking how to decompress MOD files to play with this player
(They're typically in LHARC format… <g>) that I know it's out there
somewhere…

I was also wondering whether VOC tyoe sound files could be converted
I dunno. What's a VOC type sound file?

Sorry for the confusion. 'VOC' type files are sound files that came with
the Soundblaster package. The program that comes with it, 'Creative Voice
Kit', plays these type of files.
I have found a conversion program to convert these to WAV files. It is
called VOC2WA.ZIP , and it is on 'IBMNEW' forum if you are interested.
