Dear Frank, whether you are aware or not, I am the person who support Night Owl's on FidoNet and CIS along with doing planing to implement the particular product into BBS operations. Plus I am the Western USA and International Sales distributor for Night Owl's. Therefor it is very natural for me to get any of the published material before any other dealer since most of my sales to dealer like yourself. I hope I made it clear for you. However that is diametrically opposed to the info that I received at CD ROM EXPO as well as diametrically opposed to what I have in stock. For the record due to the uncertainty of pricing levels and all this ado about version designation we unanimously decided to drop Night Owl products for our distribution as well as our catalog! Dear Frank, We do respect your wishes. I don't know what kind of information you got in CD Expo since I was at CompuExpo at the same time. Good luck to you in your business ventures. GroupWare

Dear Frank, Today during our conversation, I have mentioned your name to Richard and he didn't recall your name or any related incident. We maybe wrong but we don't have a buyer like your name or you have another purchasing authority for your company. If you like to discuss this or any related issue, please fax a copy of your invoice to 1-206-566-6799 and after I review it, I may help you for your future purchases or any other existing problems. Happy CD-ROMing.. GroupWare

Frank, I don't want to sound rude or obnoxious, but does it really matter what version the new Night Owls is, as long as it is a HOT seller? I import these CD's into Australia from Ismail @ Groupware and the retail response is purely magic. The support I get from Ismail is also always spot on. I guess I'll just end up purchasing the stock of Night owls that you don't take! <g> Regards, Robert Nagy

Go for it I sold over three thousand disks last week. How many did you sell? Until Richard learns that you cannot give "THE PRICE OF THE DAY", his product is useless to me. There are many excellent shareware discs on the market, with many more coming. To be honest the reason why Ismail cannot find my name on any "buyers" list he may have is that I bought all I wanted in the aftermarket of all version for $18. So why should I pay him more. As a matter of fact I think Ismail is correct. I am about to play a game and start to offer the product to the public for $2 over my cost. Let's see if that doesn't prove my point as to how deleterious all this misunderstanding is to the marketplace. Frank
